This refresh has a noticeable impact 1.2% of English based queries according to Google.
The previous confirmed update was #23 and it impacted 1.3% of English queries on December 21, 2012. Prior to that was a refresh on November 21st that impacted 0.8% of queries. It seems like Google is now rolling out these updates every 4 weeks or so.
Last week there were significant reports of a Google update, which Google denied.

Recently 4th February update made changes in page rank of all websites. my website into Bus Ticket Booking online. ReplyDeleteEveryone is suffering a bit of penalty after the panda's 24th update. Only handful of websites are there which weren't effected.

This panda and penguin update was a smart move by google to slow down the spammers. They are making a statement that they are the boss in SEO. How to delete links on Google especially the bad backlinks has been the problem of the spammers cause it's the only way of getting in the search engine rankings.
